The Chocolarder, based in Cornwall, is one of the only small batch bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the country. They produce fine quality, stone ground chocolate using organic beans imported from single estate, family run plantations in Venezuela, Java, Madagascar, Peru and the Dominican Republic.
The finest cocoa blended with fresh Scottish ingredients, and a dash of inspiration from the extraordinary and beautiful Highland landscape. Since 2006 in Balnakeil, Scotland, Cocoa Mountain unique chocolates are lovingly made by hand and dispatched to customers around the world - with your personal greeting attached
