About Jaw Brew

Jaw Brew is a microbrewery based in Glasgow producing a range of ales, stouts and lagers. They aim to run their brewery sustainably, opting for a circular economy approach. They are partnered with a local bakery and use bread rolls, that would have otherwise been wasted, to craft their beer. They also reuse their waste, with spent grains going to a local farm to feed cattle and are constantly looking for ways to reduce their environmental footprint.
