A unique vintage, traditional method quality sparkling wine. Aromas reminiscent of red stone fruits, especially red cherry, redcurrants and sweet blueberries. On the palate, a wonderful creamy richness and full bodied mousse, packed full of ripe summer fruits, with a hint of sweet spice on the finish.

The grapes are crushed to retain more of the special fruit characters that are unique to grapes grown in England. Only the free run juice is used for the sparkling wine with the pressed juice going to still wine.

This wine is a great accompaniment to seafood in general, but is perfect with freshly shucked oysters.
