Bruichladdich Distillery is one of the many distilleries on the Isle of Islay. The distillery produces three distinct single malts: Bruichladdich (unpeated), Port Charlotte (heavily peated) and Octomore (super heavily peated). Bruichladdich uses only 100% Scottish barley. The distillery is a progressive one that balances traditional techniques whilst innovating and creating new spirits. They also produce gin at the distillery, their expression The Botanist is made using twenty-two botanicals to reflect the island itself.
