Eden Mill Distillery was resurrected in 2012 with their own, new and innovative take on Scottish craft brewing and distilling. Eden Mill Distillery produce small-batch whisky; distinctive, full of flavour using local water sourced. In 2018 they released their first Single Malt Whisky and there are multiple expressions available. They also produce a successful range of gins using traditional distillation methods, the range is always growing as they add new and exciting flavour combinations.

Cambridge Distillery produce a range of award-winning gins using fresh English botnaicals, each of which are distilled individually to give their products even more flavour.

Crossbill Highland Distilling produce their gin in Glasgow, Scotland, using Scottish Juniper. They only release small, handcrafted, batches in line with their handpicked juniper harvest and use 100% Scottish botanicals. Since moving their production to the Barrowlands in Glasgow, they have expanded and have added flavoured gins to their range.

Since 2010, Edinburgh Gin has been making small-batch distilled, award-winning gins. Their range of gins has expanded from their original Classic Gin to include a range of other flavours and liqueurs.

Gin Bothy is based in the Angus Glens, and their brand reflects the welcoming and kind bothy culture of Scotland. They use local produce, including fresh Scottish berries and rhubarb for their gins and believe in protecting and conserving the land they use.
