The East London Liquor Co. is bringing spirit production back to London’s East End after more than a century. They are producing a wide range of spirits including gin, vodka, rum and whisky.

Bimber Distillery are one of the first London distilleries to produce Single Malt Whisky for over a century. They use English barley carefully selected before malting, then it is mashed, fermented and distilled in their two copper pot stills. They age their new-make spirit in four different cask types: ex-Bourbon, ex-Pedro Ximenez, ex-Port & virgin American oak. The first batches will become whisky in June 2019.

Chase Distillery is based at a family farm in Herefordshire, where their products are made 'from field to bottle'. They grow ingrediets such as potatos and apples on the farm to make their award-winning vodkas and gins.

Deerness Distillery is located on Orkney, Scotland. They designed and constructed the distillery themselves, and they have stills which produce gin and vodka, as well as a forthcoming range of other spirits and liqueurs. Their production process is done by hand, from the creation and distilling to bottling and labelling.

Fallen Angel Drinks were established in 2010. The brand aimed to create a brand that is defined by its bottle and not just by its liquid - this led to their unique devil's head bottle. They have a range of drinks including vodka and herbal liqueur, all of which come in the original Fallen Angel bottle.
