Brooke’s Wye Valley Dairy Company rests in the rural heart of the Wye Valley in South Wales. It is a small family business that has been making artisan ice cream and sorbets on their farm for over two generations. They produce artisan Welsh ice cream sourcing natural ingredients to compliment the double cream and fresh milk from our pedigree herd of Jersey cows all on their farm in Wales.
