They produce artisan Welsh ice cream sourcing natural ingredients to compliment the double cream and fresh milk from our pedigree herd of Jersey cows all on their farm in Wales.
Brooke's Dairy Company makes their products on Panta Farm in Chepstow, Monmouthshire.

The morning milk at Lincolnshire's Cote Hill Farm is taken direct from the cows into the cheese rooms to be hand crafted into award winning Cote Hill Cheese. .
