Adnams uses the same locally-sourced grains to brew it's globally-known beer as well as to craft their range of award-winning spirits. 6 O'Clock Gin is a Bristol-based brand who produce a range of gins. They use an impressive double sphere copper still to small batch distill their gins. They took their name from their family tradition of having a Gin and Tonic at 6 O'clock in the evening.
Isle of Skye Distillers opened in Portree, Skye in 2016 and have crafted various award-winning gin expressions in the last few years. Their gins are inspired by the rugged and stunning landscape of Skye, and made using water from the Storr Lochs and some local botanicals. More recently they have added Misty Isle Vodka to their range of spirits.
The Orkney Distillery make a range of award-winning gins at their distillery on the harbour-front in Kirkwall, Orkney. Their gins are inspired by local history and made with local botanicals found on the island, to truly represnt their island heritage. They have released a number of popular expressions and also release seasonl ones a summer one, Harpa, and one to celebrate the nothern lights, Aurora.
