Dead Man's Fingers was established in Cornwall in 2015. They use Caribbean Rum, which is blended in Cornwall with flavours and spices to create their various rum expressions.

Leith Spirits have created a range of spirits that reflect the history of the port of Leith, with botanicals coming from the four corners of the world. They have made an award-winning range of products from their production facility The Leith Stillroom, in Leith, Edinburgh.

Redcastle Gin was launched in 2017, and their gin has been very succesful, most recently coming in 3rd place at the 2019 Scottish Gin Society Consumer Choice category. Their small batch gin, distilled in Angus, is a unique blend of botanicals including kaffir lime leaf and pink peppercorn.

Solway Spirits make a range of small batch spirits and liqueurs. Some of their gin Botanicals are foraged in the local Dumfriesshire countryside. They have experimented with many flavour combinations and some of their more popular are their Raspberry Rippel Gin Liqueur and their Rhubarb and Crumble Gin.

Courtney's are a drinks brand based in an old Whiteways cider orchard, in Devon. They produce a range of products using the produce grown on their farm and in their orchards. All of their apples are hand picked, pressed and bottled within the orchard. Most recently added The Exe Gin to their range of products.
