About Di Rollo Ice Cream

Di Rollo Ice Cream was established in 1899 after Domenicio Di Rollo arrive in Scotland from Italy. He used traditional Italian family recipes to establish his thriving business and over the years it was run by various family members as they grew in popularity. You can still find them in musselburgh today where they have various flavours of ice cream and an expanding range of confectionery.
