Both ferment obsessed, Glyn and Pat began work on a restaurant idea that revolved around fermentation, preservation and experimentation, chasing new and exciting flavours, creating (and eating!) dozens upon dozens of ferments in the process.

Founded in 1974, Cottage Delight originally produced handmade fudge in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Since then their range has extended to preserves, curds, chutneys & more.
Bongo's Rock and Roll Pickles make a range of handmade, original recipe, chilli condiments. They are passionate about chillis and have a vast range of chilli products.
