Manchester Gin is based in the center of Manchester at the Spirit of Manchester Distillery, every bottle is hand-crafted and small batch distilled. They have adopted the Bee as the symbol of the brand to represent and pay respect to the 'worker bees' of Manchester. They have expanded in recent years and now have four gins in their range. They hand-forage dandelion and burdock roots locally, another way to pay respect to their local area.

Copeland Spirits produces handcrafted gin infusions of locally sourced fruits grown on farms across County Down, Northern Ireland. They opened the new Copeland Distillery in the summer of 2019 in Ballynahinch, County Down.
