Camel Valley has been producing world class wines in the Cornish countryside since 1989. Bacchus and Pinot Noir varieties are planted at their idyllic vineyard near the famous Camel River. A combination of traditional vineyard practices and a modern approach to wine making produces a number of fine wines.
Chapel Down credits the combination of the white cliffs of Dover, the iconic chalk soil and England's perfect climatic conditions in the growing of their Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Bacchus grapes. With three thriving vineyards around Kent, Chapel Down is expanding after agreeing to lease a further 388 acres of viticultural land on the North Downs.
Charles Palmer Vineyards is a family run wine estate based in Winchelsea, East Sussex with plantings of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
After planting their vines in 2006 they were able to build an onsite winery in 2017 where they make all of their wines. The vineyard has gone from strength to strength and has won many awards including multiple prizes at the Sommelier Wine Awards.
Bride Valley's Dorset vineyard enjoys perfect conditions for producing sparkling wine. The fine south-facing slopes and clear chalky soil are from the same basin as Champagne.
Ambriel's Redfold family-run vineyard consists of 9.5 hectares on sunny south-facing greensand slopes overlooking the South Downs in West Sussex. It currently has plantings of the three classic Champagne grape varieties which combine to produce exceptional Sussex Sparkling wine.
