Galloway Smokehouse is run by local fishermen, fishing Wigtown Bay mainly for Sea Bass and Grey Mullet, but also catch Flounder, Skate, Dover Sole, Plaice and Mackerel.
Galloway smoke their produce on their premises in Newton Stewart, Dumfries and Galloway.

The Cornish Fishmonger is a family run specialist fishmonger, involved in the fishing industry since its creation by Robert Clifford-Wing some thirty years ago. Offering a vast array of fish and seafood ordered by Michelin starred chefs available to buy online and shipping directly to your door as quickly as the day after ordering to ensure maximum freshness.
Skipness Smokehouse is located on the Kintyre peninsula. They smoke a range of products in small batches in their newely converted smokehouse. They source their salmon from Loch Duart in the North West of Scoland, which is a sustainable salmon farm.
Dunkeld Smoked Salmon are a small company based in the town of Dunkeld, and they make their award winning smoked salmon in small batches. Their wild salmon is sourced in from licensed nets on both the west and east coast of Scotland. Their products are individually cured and smoked over whisky barrel chips and oak.
Ardtaraig Fine Foods specialise in making Scottish Smoked Salmon. They source their salmon from two farms in the North West of Scotland and smoke them in London brick kilns and a mixture of Oak and Beech woods.
Belhaven Smokehouse make their products at the smokehouse just outside Dunbar, Scotland. They source their fish locally and deliver their products across the country.
