Galloway Smokehouse is run by local fishermen, fishing Wigtown Bay mainly for Sea Bass and Grey Mullet, but also catch Flounder, Skate, Dover Sole, Plaice and Mackerel.
Galloway smoke their produce on their premises in Newton Stewart, Dumfries and Galloway.
