Aberfeldy Distillery was founded in 1896 on the edge of The Pitilie Burn, the water of which is still used to make Whisky today. It is the home to the Aberfeldy Single Malt.

Arbikie craft a range of spirits from their distillery on their Highland Estate. They are reviving a farm-to-bottle tradition of distilling first recorded on site in 1794. They are currently working on their new Arbikie Highland Estate Single Malt, which is a new Whisky and their first bottles will be ready in a few years. They also have a range of other spirits including Vodka and Gin.

Ardmore Distillery is a rural distillery founded in 1989; the water used in the Whisky making process is still drawn from the naturally rising springs local to the distillery at Knockandy Hill. The Ardmore Single Malt is a peated Highland malt.

Balblair have been producing award-winning Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky on the Donach Coast since 1790. Each vinatge realsed is picked to represent the very best the Distillery has to offer.

Dalmore Distillery was built in 1839 and is based on the shores of Cromarty Firth. Their single malt is densely fruity with a cereal background.
