Strathearn Distillery is yet to produce Whisky but guarantees that every batch of whisky produced from its tiny stills will be unique. Some will be double-distilled, some triple, using a mixture of peated and unpeated malt, as well as a variety of 50-litre casks, including Sherry, rum and Bourbon. Strathearn are currently crafting a range of other spirits, including rum and gin, while they wait for their single malt. Their range of Strathearn Gins are small batch distilled by hand.

The East London Liquor Co. is bringing spirit production back to London’s East End after more than a century. They are producing a wide range of spirits including gin, vodka, rum and whisky.

Harrogate Tipple make both Premium Harrogate Gin and Premium Harrogate Rum. They source their key ingredients from Harrogate and the surrounding areas. They are based at Ripley Castle Estate where they are creating a distillery in the grounds.

NB Distillery started off experimenting with gin botanicals with a pressure cooker in a home kitchen. After perfecting their recipie they moved to just outside North Berwick and used their custom built copper still to start producing a range of gins. They are now an award-winning distillery who have continued to expand, introducing new gin expressions and recently their very own golden rum made at their distillery.
