The Argyll Smokery source Salmon and Trout from Scotlands remote West Highland sea lochs in order to make their award winning smoked fish products. The skilled craftspeople use their bespoke dry cure which is applied by hand and their fish is smoked in small batches, creating a unique flavorful smoked Scottish fish.
Cornish Charcuterie and craft a range of award winning charcuterie products using meat from pigs reared on their own arm. They started in 2011 and have proved very successful over the last few years and heir range of products now includes pâtés and rillettes, as well as cured meats.
Black Mountains Smokery is a family-run gourmet food business based in the Brecon Beacons, South Wales. Their award-winning smoked foods are carefully sourced from British suppliers and traditionally cured and smoked at Black Mountains smokehouse in Crickhowell.
