Southwestern Distillery are an award-winning distillery based on the beautiful, windswept Cornish coast. They have developed a range of small batch distilled gin expressions using botanicals from around the world as well as from their very own back garden. More recently they added a Pastis to their range, the first to be commercially distilled in the UK.

Sibling Distilery are a small batch gin distillery that do everything on site from creating their own base spirit to bottling their gin. They are a family run company based in Cheltenham, and have crafted a range of gin expressions, each inspired by the different seasons.

Saint Ives Liquor Co. are a small family run liquor company in Cornwall and they craft a number of liquors including their original gin and limoncello. The company are passionate about being as environmentally friendly as possible by sourcing local ingredients and biodegradable materials. They have also teamed up with Rising Forests who help them offset their carbon footprint by planting a tree every time they sell a bottle.

Trevethan Gin Distillery hand distill a range of small batch gins made with local Cornish botanicals. Each batch is hand crafted in a copper pot still and each of their expressions were created to represent Cornwall.
