Wharf Distillery are based in Northamptonshire and are a small grain to glass distillery. They are an independent small-batch copper-pot distillery producing a range of spirits and liqueurs from raw materials: grain for their whisky, single malts, gin and vodka, and local fruit for their brandies and apple-based liqueurs and aperitifs. They have now released their first Whisky, Cattle Creep, making them the smallest English Whisky distillery.
Asterley Bros handmake their spirits from their workshop in Forest Hill, South East London, using local ingredients where possible. They have a range of products including Amaro, Fernet and Vermouth, all of which are made in small batches.
Sacred Spirits are a family run distillery based in Highgate, London. The distillery use a vacuum distillation technique and organically sourced botanicals to create their range of spirits. Originally Sacred were based in their family home, but after creating succesful spirits they expanded and built a new distillery to keep up with demand. Sacred are an innovative brand experimenting with flavour combinations to create new and exciting spirits.
Somerset Cider Brandy Co. are based at a farm in Somerset where they have 180 acres of apple orchards. They press these apples to make cider on site and have been doing so for over 200 years. They make cider, as well as a range of liqueurs and aperitives.
