Deli Farm Charcuterie started in 2006 and they specialise in making a range of artisan, air-dried charcuterie. They have developed their own recipes and are always experimenting with new and exciting flavours.
Cornish Charcuterie and craft a range of award winning charcuterie products using meat from pigs reared on their own arm. They started in 2011 and have proved very successful over the last few years and heir range of products now includes pâtés and rillettes, as well as cured meats.
