Eden Mill Distillery was resurrected in 2012 with their own, new and innovative take on Scottish craft brewing and distilling. Eden Mill Distillery produce small-batch whisky; distinctive, full of flavour using local water sourced. In 2018 they released their first Single Malt Whisky and there are multiple expressions available. They also produce a successful range of gins using traditional distillation methods, the range is always growing as they add new and exciting flavour combinations.

Beefeater Gin distillery is located in Kennington, London where they have been making gin since the 1800s and still handcraft their gin today.

Hayman's of London has been a family run company producing gin since 1863. They are committed to preserving the traditional English Gin style and their range of gins are distilled using traditional methods.

The Black Bottle Distillery make IQ Oxford Gin at their distillery in Oxfordshire. They produce IQ from a wash base, that they ferment from malted barley on site; this is a longer process than other distilleries who often use neutral grain spirit.

Jodhpur Gin takes inspiration from its namesake city in Northwest India, located in the Spice Trade Route. Jodhpur gin is distilled four times during production which adds to the flavour and character of the gin.
