Chapel Down credits the combination of the white cliffs of Dover, the iconic chalk soil and England's perfect climatic conditions in the growing of their Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Bacchus grapes. With three thriving vineyards around Kent, Chapel Down is expanding after agreeing to lease a further 388 acres of viticultural land on the North Downs.

Giffords Hall is a family owned, Suffolk based vineyard on the site of an ancient glacial riverbed. The sandy/clay soil produces quality grapes, high in natural sugars and acids which lend themselves particularly well to both sparkling and dry, aromatic still wines.

Lyme Bay Winery pride themselves on using secret blends of local ingredients, sourcing grapes from their Axe Valley vineyard as well as from a select group of the best growers in the South of England. Their method of using traditional recipes alongside modern production techniques has been able to produce award-winning wines.

Knightor is a producer of premium quality English still and sparkling wines, located in mid Cornwall. Set in a tranquil location above St Austell Bay, Knightor Winery is positioned within 4 acres of beautiful Cornish pasture, orchard and hedgerows. Using grapes grown in their vineyards in Portscatho and Seaton on the South Cornish coast, as well as other English vineyards, Knightor create limited production still, sparkling wines and their very own English Vermouth.

The Chilford Hall estate has been in the Alper family since 1966. Planting of the first vines took place in 1972, making Chilford Hall Vineyard one of the oldest established vineyards in England. Situated amongst the rolling chalk hills of the Cambridgeshire downs, the estate is a consistent producer of high-quality award-winning wines.
