Aberfeldy Distillery was founded in 1896 on the edge of The Pitilie Burn, the water of which is still used to make Whisky today. It is the home to the Aberfeldy Single Malt.
Ardmore Distillery is a rural distillery founded in 1989; the water used in the Whisky making process is still drawn from the naturally rising springs local to the distillery at Knockandy Hill. The Ardmore Single Malt is a peated Highland malt.
Located on the most westerly point of the British mainland, Ardnamurchan Distillery was opened in 2014 by bottler Adelphi. Two styles of whisky have been made from the outset – peated and unpeated; bothe of which are made using Barley grown on the Ardmurchan Estate.
Cylnelish Distillery is a rural distillery in the Highlands, although the current distillery has only been there since 1967, there has been a distillery at the site since 1819. Their single-malt is a non-peated stlye whisky.
