Ooni are innovative outdoor wood-fired and multi-fuel pizza oven manufacturers, based in Edinburgh. Launched in officially in 2014 by a Finn living in Scotland looking for an affordable yet quality pizza oven. The company has gone on to create the world’s first portable pizza oven at a fraction of the price of traditional ones.
