Forman & Field is part of the Forman family of companies spearheaded by H. Forman & Son, the world-renowned smoked salmon business that dates back to 1905. Forman & Field is our gourmet food home delivery service.
Skipness Smokehouse is located on the Kintyre peninsula. They smoke a range of products in small batches in their newely converted smokehouse. They source their salmon from Loch Duart in the North West of Scoland, which is a sustainable salmon farm.
