About Selkirk Distillers

Selkirk Distillers have created a range of spirits inspired by the rich history and natural resources of the Scottish Borders. The main botanical in their first gin expression is handpicked flowers of gorse which cover the Borders hillside. They have recently opened their own distillery in Selkirk where they distill and create their products.
