Whitley Neill is an award running distiller that has been in the Neill family since 1762. Over the years they have added a vast range of expressions to their gin family, including quince, blackberry, aswell as a range of vodkas.

Sloemotion uses fruit harvested from hedgerows and orchards to create a wide range of spirits in North Yorkshire.

Copeland Spirits produces handcrafted gin infusions of locally sourced fruits grown on farms across County Down, Northern Ireland. They opened the new Copeland Distillery in the summer of 2019 in Ballynahinch, County Down.

Saint Ives Liquor Co. are a small family run liquor company in Cornwall and they craft a number of liquors including their original gin and limoncello. The company are passionate about being as environmentally friendly as possible by sourcing local ingredients and biodegradable materials. They have also teamed up with Rising Forests who help them offset their carbon footprint by planting a tree every time they sell a bottle.

Elemental Cornish Gin are a family run company that are passionate about gin, and after lots of research and tasting they decided to make their own. They are conscious of their environmental impact and they use organic grain spirit and local Cornish spring water to craft their products.
