Back Cow use surplus milk products from the dairy process to make their vodka. The milk comes from grass-grazed cows. Black Cow offer an alternative to plastic straws to enjoy their drink, they sell gold plated stainless steel straws which are reusable and portable.

Burning Barn make various rums using Guyanian rum which is then flavoured or spiced at their family farm.

Dead Man's Fingers was established in Cornwall in 2015. They use Caribbean Rum, which is blended in Cornwall with flavours and spices to create their various rum expressions.

Hughes Craft Distillery was established in 2010 by a couple who are passionate about great tasting, handmade spirits. They were one of the first craft spirit producers in Northern Ireland and have gone from strength tp strength; they are now based in the town of Moira, where they produce their spirits on site.

Launched by Paul Bowler in 2014 from his small home kitchen in central Winchester, Winchester Distillery is home to hand-crafted premium spirits using traditional methods and botanicals sourced from the surrounding landscape, such as watercress, lavender and coriander.
