Bimber Distillery are one of the first London distilleries to produce Single Malt Whisky for over a century. They use English barley carefully selected before malting, then it is mashed, fermented and distilled in their two copper pot stills. They age their new-make spirit in four different cask types: ex-Bourbon, ex-Pedro Ximenez, ex-Port & virgin American oak. The first batches will become whisky in June 2019.

Beefeater Gin distillery is located in Kennington, London where they have been making gin since the 1800s and still handcraft their gin today.

The Forest Distillery is based in an old barn in Macclesfield Forest which is found in the Peak District National Park. The family run distillery predominately use organic and foraged ingredients when they can, and all water used in the process comes from their own natural spring. They produce a range of Whsiky and Gin at their distillery.

Masons Yorkshire Gin was established in 2013, created by gin enthusiasts for gin enthusiasts. They small batch distill their products using Yorkshire water and various botanicals. They are an award-winning brand who have expanded their range over the years to include more expressions such as their Lavender Gin and Tea Gin.

Noveltea have created a range of drinks that are blends of tea and alcohol. Inspired by the UKs love of both tea and alcohol Noveltea decided to try blending the two. This has led to the creation of both unique and complex spirit drinks. Their range includes various teas mixed with gin, whisky, rum.
