6 O'Clock Gin is a Bristol-based brand who produce a range of gins. They use an impressive double sphere copper still to small batch distill their gins. They took their name from their family tradition of having a Gin and Tonic at 6 O'clock in the evening.

Dà Mhìle Distillery was established in 2012 on the their family farm in Ceredigion, West Wales, and is an award-winning distillery. They now make organic whisky, gin and liqueur on site, while also experimenting and creating spirits such as apple brandy, vodka, rum and absinthe.
