Wrappers are made in Scotland, predominantly by inmates at Kilmarnock Prison, teaching them a skill which hopefully helps with their rehabilitation and could lead to job opportunities in the future.

Queen Bee Wraps are based in East Lothian, Scotland, where they hand make their wraps using local honey. They were inspired to start making beeswax in 2018 after seeing a campaign to reduce single use plastic and have developed a range of colourful, popular wraps over the last few years.

Bplasticfree was founded by a Scottish women who was keen to create an alternative to plastic food wraps. After some research they created their plastic free, reusable, wax food wraps, Waxyz.
