Bimber Distillery are one of the first London distilleries to produce Single Malt Whisky for over a century. They use English barley carefully selected before malting, then it is mashed, fermented and distilled in their two copper pot stills. They age their new-make spirit in four different cask types: ex-Bourbon, ex-Pedro Ximenez, ex-Port & virgin American oak. The first batches will become whisky in June 2019.

Back Cow use surplus milk products from the dairy process to make their vodka. The milk comes from grass-grazed cows. Black Cow offer an alternative to plastic straws to enjoy their drink, they sell gold plated stainless steel straws which are reusable and portable.

J.J. Whitley produce a range of spirits including gins and vodka. Their range of drinks are named after the Whitley family member to start distilling in 1762. Their produts are distilled in Liverpool by Halewood Wines and Spirits International.

Sacred Spirits are a family run distillery based in Highgate, London. The distillery use a vacuum distillation technique and organically sourced botanicals to create their range of spirits. Originally Sacred were based in their family home, but after creating succesful spirits they expanded and built a new distillery to keep up with demand. Sacred are an innovative brand experimenting with flavour combinations to create new and exciting spirits.

The Sweet Potato Spirit Company are based between Broadway, Worcestershire and Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. They take smooth, rich sweet potatoes handpicked on their farm and combine them with select botanicals and spices to craft a range of original artisan spirits and liqueurs.
