A light, lemon citrus, sherbetty fizz, perfect for all celebrations. With English hedgerow scents and a touch of honey on the palate. The grapes are crushed to retain more of the special fruit characters that are unique to grapes grown in England. Only the free run juice is used for the sparkling wine with the pressed juice going to still wine.

Sourced from the 95-acre Kit's Coty vineyard on the North Downs of Kent, the wine is made from the very best parcels of hand-harvested fruit and the resulting wine is partially aged in barrel before undergoing maturation in bottle for three years before release. Intense aromas of tropical fruit are balanced by hints of buttery brioche leading to a rich palate and generous finish.
A blend of the three great sparkling wine grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the stellar 2011 vintage. A subtle array of aromas from ripe red apple and strawberry to buttered brioche and toasted hazlenuts. The palate has delicacy and depth which leads to a rich finish with fantastic length and fine persistent bubbles.
