Bolney Estate

A unique vintage, traditional method quality sparkling wine. Aromas reminiscent of red stone fruits, especially red cherry, redcurrants and sweet blueberries. On the palate, a wonderful creamy richness and full bodied mousse, packed full of ripe summer fruits, with a hint of sweet spice on the finish.

Camel Valley

A light, lemon citrus, sherbetty fizz, perfect for all celebrations. With English hedgerow scents and a touch of honey on the palate. The grapes are crushed to retain more of the special fruit characters that are unique to grapes grown in England. Only the free run juice is used for the sparkling wine with the pressed juice going to still wine.

Giffords Hall

An elegant Pinot Noir based sparkling is gently refreshing and has a lovely mouth feel. Carefully blended from barrel aged reserves is has a wonderfully soft fruit character redolent of red apples and subtle spices. Pairs really well with cheeses but equally delicious as an aperitif.

Giffords Hall

This sparkling wine is made using the traditional Champagne method and traditional champagne grapes of Pinot Noir, burgundy clone and Pinot Blanc vines. The base wines are barrel fermented in French Limousin oak. It is not however a traditional French Champagne - its structure has the robust acidity and minerality you would expect, but this English cousin has distinctive fruit flavours with a delicate floral twist, lots of depth and a biscuity dry finish
