It displays great balance with a medium fruit intensity of medlars, white plums and fresh grapes that express the perfect ripeness. On the palate it is fresh and well rounded giving generous apple and citrus flavours.

The palate is crisp with white peach and honey and has a balanced sweetness. It makes a perfect aperitif and goes equally well with richer pasta dishes, Asian dishes, mild cheeses and light desserts.
