A semi-hard cheese with natural eyes and a creamy, sweet, nutty flavour. This cheese ages for five to seven months and is made from cow's milk. Mayfield won Gold with three stars at the Great Taste Awards, a Gold at the 2010 British Cheese Awards and another Gold Medal the 2011 World Cheese awards.
Cromal is a light crumbly pasteurised cheese with a moist open texture and a delightfully fresh lemony flavour with a lingering creamy finish, which can vary subtly according to the seasons.
Cote Hill Yellow cheese is a mild cheese with a subtle tang. It is matured in it’s yellow wax jacket which retains the moisture for a luscious texture.
