Camel Valley

An elegant sparkling wine with a fine filigree mousse, youthful red fruits and a light finish. This wine is excellent to drink young or can be cellared to allow the structure and more mature characteristics to evolve. The grapes are crushed to retain more of the special fruit characters that are unique to grapes grown in England. Only the free run juice is used for the sparkling wine with the pressed juice going to still wine.

Giffords Hall

This sparkling wine is made using the traditional Champagne method and traditional champagne grapes of Pinot Noir, burgundy clone and Pinot Blanc vines. The base wines are barrel fermented in French Limousin oak. It is not however a traditional French Champagne - its structure has the robust acidity and minerality you would expect, but this English cousin has distinctive fruit flavours with a delicate floral twist, lots of depth and a biscuity dry finish

Gusbourne

A bright golden colour with a delicate mousse, this Blanc De Blancs has classic Chardonnay aromas of green apple, citrus and mineral notes combined with buttered toast and Tarte Tatin richness from extended lees ageing. This wine is a great accompaniment to seafood in general, but is perfect with freshly shucked oysters.

Gusbourne

Bright gold in colour, this blend highlights red fruit aromas of cherry and strawberry, which then develop into attractive fresh pastry notes with a touch of cinnamon and spice. With a bright streak of citrus fruit, the palate is clean and fresh whilst giving tones of soft stone fruit and a long, refreshing finish
