Lyme Bay Winery

Shoreline is a blend of beautiful cool climate varieties, with each of the parcels fermented separately with different yeast strains & temperatures to make several complex layers of flavours & aromas. Upon completion, the different vats were assessed for potential and characteristics, then blended together in the optimum proportions. The resulting Shoreline blend was aged for several months on fine lees to improve preserve freshness.

Three Choirs

A medium sweet wine with distinct grapefruit on the nose and ripe citrus fruits on the palate with honeyed notes.

Carr Taylor

The palate is crisp with white peach and honey and has a balanced sweetness. It makes a perfect aperitif and goes equally well with richer pasta dishes, Asian dishes, mild cheeses and light desserts.

Chilford Hall

Blended to express the best of the M�ller-Thurgau and Reichensteiner grapes, this pale straw-gold wine hints at kiwi and gooseberry before opening on the palate with fresh gooseberry and lime flavours, finishing with soft sweet pear.

Pale lemon in appearance the wine opens with aromas of peach and has flavours of plum and soft ripe pear.
