This is a very dry, crisp, refreshing white, reminiscent of an Alsace Pinot Blanc - excellent as an aperitif or with light dishes or fish. The 2013 is one of the best yet - very smooth, with a crisp acidity and good depth.

A crisp, refreshing wine with distinctly English hedgerow aromas and hints of crisp apple, fragrant elderflower and freshly cut grass. The ripe fruit flavours, balanced acidity and subtle residual sugar combine to create a refreshing wine, perfect on its own or with fish dishes.
It is typically English in style, displaying delicate fresh fruit and floral hedgerow characters on the nose. It displays great balance with a medium fruit intensity of medlars, white plums and fresh grapes that express the perfect ripeness. On the palate it is fresh and well rounded giving generous apple and citrus flavours.
Intended as an easy drinking, light and refreshing white wine. The philosophy is to allow the grape variety to express itself and as always, we have embraced the elegance and delicacy of the fruit, allowing it to stand up on its own merits.
A lovely fruity wine made from Madeleine Angevine grapes, with delicate floral notes and hints of apricot and grapefruit. A wine to enjoy just by itself, or paired with lightly spiced Asian food, soup, creamy risotto or veggies. Slightly off-dry, well-balanced with a fresh acidity and lingering finish.
