Good structure with a clean finish and attractive bready, baked notes. Intense and supple, this is clean, fresh and has depth.

Camel Valley

A light, lemon citrus, sherbetty fizz, perfect for all celebrations. With English hedgerow scents and a touch of honey on the palate. The grapes are crushed to retain more of the special fruit characters that are unique to grapes grown in England. Only the free run juice is used for the sparkling wine with the pressed juice going to still wine.

Giffords Hall

This sparkling wine is made using the traditional Champagne method and traditional champagne grapes of Pinot Noir, burgundy clone and Pinot Blanc vines. The base wines are barrel fermented in French Limousin oak. It is not however a traditional French Champagne - its structure has the robust acidity and minerality you would expect, but this English cousin has distinctive fruit flavours with a delicate floral twist, lots of depth and a biscuity dry finish

Gusbourne

A bright golden colour with a delicate mousse, this Blanc De Blancs has classic Chardonnay aromas of green apple, citrus and mineral notes combined with buttered toast and Tarte Tatin richness from extended lees ageing. This wine is a great accompaniment to seafood in general, but is perfect with freshly shucked oysters.

Ridgeview

Ridgeview's flagship wine, Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs is the only single estate wine solely from Ridgeview’s home Chardonnay vineyard. A delicate pale gold with silvery highlights, persistent bubbles lead to an exceptional mousse. The bouquet is subtle with suggestions of honey and brioche which will become more noticeable with ageing. A refreshing palate with crisp minerality, alongside citrus and white tropical fruits. A beautifully balanced finish that lingers on.
