About White Rum
Seawolf White Rum is made by fermenting cane molasses for four weeks at a low temperature, then distil it in pot stills, resulting in a fruit-forward flavour profile.
Cabby's Rum is a full-bodied beast of a rum packed with dark treacle flavours balanced admirably with a tropical twang and just a touch of oaky dryness.
The vibrant bottle hails from East London Liquor Co., and holds within it an equally vibrant rum! It brings together spirits from three well-known Jamaican distilleries, with 80% of it made up of pot and column still rums, and the other 20% is comprised of funky Jamaican pot still rum. One for those who like fruity, high ester flavours, and the folks from the distillery recommend it in a Daiquiri!
