High Weald Dairy

Typically known as ‘Feta’, this cheese has its origins in the Mediterranean and we make the cheese in the traditional way with 100% organic sheep milk and then mature it in brine for over five months. It is a semi soft crumbly cheese with a distinct, sharp, fresh, salty flavour.

Delamere Dairy

A delicious Feta style salad cheese made from pasteurised goats milk. Mild and crumbly this cheese is the perfect accompaniment for Greek style salads, with couscous or with Olives and Tapas as part of a main meal. Use as a regular soft cheese.

White Lake's take on the well-known Greek style cheese. Matured in brine for 3-4 months, this cheese has a pleasantly rounded flavour.
