The morning milk at Lincolnshire's Cote Hill Farm is taken direct from the cows into the cheese rooms to be hand crafted into award winning Cote Hill Cheese. .
Caws Rhyd y Delyn is a family run dairy farm producing award winning artisan cheese from their own cow's creamy milk. The pedigree Holstein Friesian cows are all bred on the farm and are all out on lushes grass pasture during the spring and summer months. The cheese is made in a small modern dairy on the farm less than 30 metres from where the cows are milked.
