Sipsmith was established in 2009, and they set up London’s first traditional copper distillery since 1820 to craft their spirits. Every bottle of Sipsmith is hand-crafted in small batches. Over the years they have added many expressions to their original London Dry expression, including Lemon Drizzle Gin, Sloe Gin and Orange & Cocoa Gin.

Solway Spirits make a range of small batch spirits and liqueurs. Some of their gin Botanicals are foraged in the local Dumfriesshire countryside. They have experimented with many flavour combinations and some of their more popular are their Raspberry Rippel Gin Liqueur and their Rhubarb and Crumble Gin.

Two Birds Spirits is located in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, and was founded in 2013. After experimenting for months from their home they settled on a recipie which is now an award-winning gin. Since then their collection of spirits has grown, and all their spirits are still crafted by hand in small batches.

Copeland Spirits produces handcrafted gin infusions of locally sourced fruits grown on farms across County Down, Northern Ireland. They opened the new Copeland Distillery in the summer of 2019 in Ballynahinch, County Down.

Mourne Dew Distillery is the first legal distillery to operate in the Mournes for many centuries. Tried and tested techniques are augmented with cutting edge distillation and flavour development processes to produce outstanding award-winning spirits.
