Glengoyne Distillery began productiong in 1833, and still produces using the same traditional methods as their predecessores. Currently 100% of the power used by the distillery comes from renewable electricity and they are committed to having a positive impact on their local environment. Their Single Malts containe bold and complex flavours which are distilled in some of the slowest stills in Scotland.

The Borders Distillery is the first Scotch Whisky distillery in the Scottish Borders since 1837 and was commissioned 2018. As it is a new distillery they have not produced a Single Malt Scotch yet but they are set up to produce a light, fragrant and floral style of malt whisky. As their Single Malt is still ageing the distillery have created other spirits; William Kerr’s Borders Gin is distilled on site as is their small batch vodka.

Knockando stands proudly overlooking the river Spey. The product of this picturesque distillery has a Speyside character, through and through – being light, floral and delicate. Only natural ingredients are used in the production of Knockando: malted barley, yeast and crystal clear spring water from the Cardnach spring, which lies in the hills above the distillery. Together, with time, they create a delicate whisky with a distinctive fresh almond note in its younger versions that gains weight and depth of flavour over the years

The Echlinville Distillery became Northern Ireland’s first licensed distillery in over 125 years distilling its first spirit in 2013. The distillery is a 'farm distillery'; the barley is grown in the fields surrounding the distillery and they have revived the age old tradition of distillery floor malting. They are producing spirit from field to glass. They produce multiple spirits, including gin and whiskey. They have recently resurrected the historical Dunvill's Whiskey brand; their new Single Malt contains notes of soft raisins and Irish caramel with peppery spicy overtone.

The Isle of Wight Distillery have been laying down the first Island single malt whisky since 2015, brewed and distilled with Isle of Wight barley. Their spirit is maturing in oak casks for at least 3 years, and currently is not ready, but they are hoping to release their first single malt sometime in the near future.They also handcraft a range of other small batch spirits . They use local and sustainable ingredients to reflect the Isle of Wight and are committed to environmentally friendly production. They select sustainable, recyclable and biodegradable materials where possible.
