Caws Rhyd y Delyn is a family run dairy farm producing award winning artisan cheese from their own cow's creamy milk. The pedigree Holstein Friesian cows are all bred on the farm and are all out on lushes grass pasture during the spring and summer months. The cheese is made in a small modern dairy on the farm less than 30 metres from where the cows are milked.
Produced at the creamery on site in Pentraeth, Ynys Môn, Wales.

The morning milk at Lincolnshire's Cote Hill Farm is taken direct from the cows into the cheese rooms to be hand crafted into award winning Cote Hill Cheese. .
Burt's Cheese is a small, local cheese making brand which was established in 2009 when it's founder decided to follow her passion for cheese making. They are a multi award-winning brand and their cheeses are all made in small batches using pasteurised milk.
