Cosyn Cymru (Welsh Truckle) is an award-winning dairy in North Wales specialising in unpasteurised ewe's milk cheese, yogurt and ice cream. To bring out the best qualities of the milk, all products are made by hand in small batches using natural ingredients, traditional methods, and plenty of patience.
