Little Salkeld Watermill is a mill in Cumbria that make a range of organic flours using British wheat. They are one of few water powered mills left in the country and produce their flours using traditional methods. They produce their products using renewable energy which goes a long way to offset the carbon emissions of the UK farming industry.
