Holyrood Distillery aim to bring single malt distilling back to Edinburgh after almost 100 years of absence. They are currently building their distillery in the center of Edinburgh, when it is done they will have offer a full visitor eperience ot their customers. Whilst they are working on their single malt they have also produced a range of gins.

McLean's Gin began producing gins in a converted storage cupboard in a Glasgow flat. Their gins were popular, succesfull and award nominated which led them to expand. Now they produce their original gin as well as other expressions from their purpose built gin lab on the edge of Strathaven, South Lanarkshire.

Pixel Spirits is a distillery located in the Scottish Highlands, they make small batch craft gin. Each batch is hand bottled, labelled, numbered and signed by their small team in North Ballachulish.

Poetic License Distillery is a small independent distillery making a range of crafted spirits and liqueurs in North East of England. The distillery like to experiment and create new flavour combinations and add character to the drinks.
