Chilli of the Valley grow a variety of chillies in the heart of Wales including types like Jalapeno, Scotch Bonnets, Habaneros and lesser known varieties such as Bhut Jolokias & the Carolina Reaper. These chillies are then used to produce a wide range of chilli sauces and products all made in small batches with other locally sourced ingredients.
Wherever possible ingredients are sourced locally, including a large variety of chillies being grown themselves, keeping their carbon footprint as low as possible.
Chilli of the Valley sauces are made in small home made batches in Wales.

Founded in 1974, Cottage Delight originally produced handmade fudge in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Since then their range has extended to preserves, curds, chutneys & more.
A Little Bit make a range of dressings and sauces from a farm in Canterbury. Each bottle is filled with homemade goodness, they only use fresh herbs and there is no additives or flavourings in their products.
